Phrozen Pump & Fill

Phrozen Pump & Fill is an automatic resin feeder for automatic pumping and refilling of resin.

What can the Phrozen Pump & Fill do?

► Detects the current resin level in the tank and automatically refills when the minimum level is reached;

► Pumps back the leftover resin after the print is finished to facilitate cleaning.

Installation instructions Pump & Fill :

► Step 1

Remove the baffle plate located on the side of the printer. Use an Allen key to loosen the screws.

► Step 2

Insert the inlet hose through the hole on the side of the printer. This opening is only accessible once you have removed the baffle plate (as described in step 1). Use the screws you removed in the first step to secure the priming pump to the printer's surface.

The servo cable and the sensor cable are to be inserted into the device through the hole in the printer's surface. To gain access, you will need to remove the printer's side cover with an Allen key.

► Step 3

Now connect the servo cable and the sensor cable to the main circuit board of the printer. Both cables should be plugged into the appropriate colour-coded slots. Then reattach the removed side panel.

► Step 4

Put the pump cap on the resin bottle. Then place the resin bottle in the designated slot on the pump housing. Once you are sure the bottle is secure, connect the bottle cap tubing to the peristaltic tubing on the left side of the pump body.

► Step 5

Connect the two ends of the lid data cable. Connect one end to the pump cover and the other end to the pump body. Then plug the inlet tubing into the peristaltic tubing on the right side of the pump body.

► Step 6

Finally, connect the pump data cable to the opening on the left rear of the printer and the slot on the back of the pump housing.
