Thanks to the combination of useful tools and detailed assembly instructions, installation is super easy and will certainly not be a challenge for you!

Differences between the Voron Trident RevD kit and the Voron Trident RevC kit:

Aluminium extrusion profiles in various colours and stainless steel linear rails

Multiple colour options are available for the extrusion profiles so that you can design your 3D printer to suit your taste.

For extended durability without rust and wear, the RevD Kit comes with top-quality stainless steel linear rails. Regularly greasing the rails is recommended to ensure they glide smoothly.

E3D Revo Voron Hotend

In contrast to the standard Voron Trident kit, which is supplied without a hotend, the kit contains an E3D all-metal Revo Voron hotend.

Bondtech IDGA Gear Set

The gears of the RevD Dual Drive extruder are upgraded to Bondtech IDGA. The assembly reduces the concentricity of the main drive gear.

Leviathan Control Board and Nitehawk SB USB Toolhead Board

In comparison to RevC, which is equipped with the Octopus mainboard from BIGTREETECH, the RevD works with the Leviathan control board. The powerful controller has been specially developed for Voron 3D printers and optimally adapted to its requirements.

The HartK Toolhead Board has been replaced by the Nitehawk SB USB Toolboard. The board is based on Klipper USB and has an integrated RP2040 MCU, a TMC2209 driver and an acceleration sensor.

Easy assembly thanks to the enclosed tools

• The kit includes a heatset insert tool and an extremely practical input shaper tool
• The included brass heatset installation tip simplifies the installation of the heatset inserts by using a soldering iron,
• The input shaper tool makes it easy to carry out the clipper input shaper calibration with minimum effort,
• Small tools such as an Allen key set, 2 mm bits and a slotted screwdriver are also included in the scope of delivery. You won't believe how often this tool is needed but not to hand at crucial moments!

No more chaotic, cluttered cables! This kit contains all the cables you need already cut to the right length, pre-crimped and expertly soldered.

Nevermore Filter and Klicky Mod

In addition to the basic equipment, the kit also contains additional components with which you can customise your 3D printer. It includes the internal Nevermore Micro V5 circulation filter from 0ndsk4 (carbon pellets are not included due to shipping restrictions and must be purchased separately) and the Klicky Mod from jlas1.

Other useful additions of the Voron Trident RevD kit:
