Description
Fiberlogy ESD filaments are designed to protect electronic components that are sensitive to electrostatic discharge. This filament really loves to clog my Revo Voron hotend, both 0.4 and 0.6mm. Any suggestions? I run it at 260c.

Hi, I have a similar experience with this material. Perfectly printed a whole bunch of parts from the previous delivery. I just changed the coil, it blocked both the 0.4mm and 0.6mm nozzles almost immediately. I cleaned, replaced - nothing helped. I looked with a microscope: like black stones collected in the nozzle and blocked the nozzle. I do not recommend this material at this time.

I have a bad experience with this material. Perfectly printed a whole bunch of parts from the previous delivery. I just changed the coil, and it blocked both the 0.4mm and 0.6mm nozzles almost immediately. I cleaned, replaced, did all the routine many times - nothing helped. I looked with a microscope: there was small, black stone like pieces collected in the nozzle and blocked the nozzle. I do not recommend this material at this time.
