Reproducible accuracy

Elegoo places great importance on accuracy and consistency in the manufacturing process. The manufacturer guarantees a filament diameter of 1.75 mm ± 0.02 mm, which is continuously monitored during production using a wide array of testing methods.

Quality control & assurance

The winding on the spool is checked by hand to prevent torn filament and ensure smooth extrusion. Before it is vacuum-packed, each spool undergoes a further drying process to remove residual moisture from the material to ensure bubble-free printing without the risk of clogging.
