Description
Advantages of the Bondtech CHT technology
Bondtech CHT nozzles divide the filament into 3 thinner strands, which melts the material from the inside. As a result, the material melts faster and higher flow rates can be selected.
Advantages of nickel plating
A nickel coating is applied to the brass nozzles, which protects against dirt, corrosion, erosion and abrasion.
Nickel-plated nozzles have a higher corrosion resistance and a lower coefficient of friction, which allows a smoother material feed and delays the plastic adhesion to the nozzle surface.

Great upgrade
Rated with 5 out of 5 stars.
After 18 months of light use I replaced my stock Prusa nozzle with a 0.4mm CHT. Performance of the old nozzle had seriously degraded till I could only print PETG at 30% speed and got increasingly rough results even in PLA. New nozzle - 150% speed PETG on first go with pristine results! And it can probably go faster still. Very pleased with the upgrade. In fairness I may have got a big improvement with just a new basic brass nozzle, but probably not to this level.

Works like a charm
Rated with 5 out of 5 stars.
I used to print bigger parts with a .8 mm nozzle on an E3D Volcano hotend, which I had to swap out for my regular E3D V6. With these nozzles, I can print at the same flow rates and with .8 mm or 1 mm nozzles with just a simple nozzle change, which makes it much, much easier to go back and forth between nozzle sizes. I also got the impression that these ooze a little less than the longer Volcano nozzles.
Beautifully made and well worth the higher price. Was this rating helpful? (9) (0)

I purchased a 0.6 and 1.4mm
Rated with 5 out of 5 stars.
At first I wanted to try the 0.6mm nozzle. However, 3djake only had the 1.4 in stock. I knew that my ender 3 v2 with a e3d v6 hot end would be far to small for this nozzle. I was correct. I printed a vase that originally took me on a brass 0.4, 14 hours. It took me 1 hour. Other than spiral/vase mode. I this nozzle is absolutely useless at slow speeds and small prints.
I eventually got a hold of a 0.6mm nozzle. I can print a lot faster without the dreaded clicking from the original extruder. I've since upgraded to a BMG extruder. I can print my test xyz cubes in 15 minutes however, i cannot get my printer dialed in to keep up with the flow and movement speeds. So until I can dial my printer in, i cannot take advantage of the extra flow these nozzle give me.
If you are looking at upgrading to a volcano but are not an expert at setting up a printer. Buy one of these nozzles. You will save money and get the same benefits of a volcano hot end.Was this rating helpful? (2) (0)

Favorite Nozzle
Rated with 5 out of 5 stars.
CNC kitchen channel benchmarked this nozzle and it always came out on top compared to anything else in printing speed, and with a fairly large margin. Its a must have for printing big items fast.
However they are difficult if not nearly impossible to unclog in my experience. Fairly expensive too.Was this rating helpful? (4) (1)

Incredible performance
Rated with 5 out of 5 stars.
This nozzle is no joke, and can cut print times by two thirds on an average Prusa i3 MK3S. I went from 15mm³/s to 50 mm³/s, and ate an entire 1KG roll of PLA in less than three days. I'm shocked and impressed by how much of a difference this nozze made.
