BIQU H2 V2X Extruder

The BIQU H2 V2X is a robust, feather light all-metal direct drive extruder for CoreXY 3D printers.

Lightweight construction and robust design

The H2 V2X is made of anodised aluminium and CNC-machined to a high level of precision.

Despite its all-metal construction, the H2 V2- extruder is incredibly light and weighs just 145 g. While its low weight ensures more precise positioning and less inertia, it also enables fast and precise movements during high-speed printing and thus achieves perfect printing results.

Dual-gear filament feed and adjustable tension

An exceptionally smooth filament feed is possible thanks to a transmission ratio of 7:1 and an extrusion force of max. 7.5 kg on the nano-coated dual gear wheels made of tool steel. The robust material of the gears ensures increased hardness, wear resistance, corrosion resistance and durability when printing abrasive materials.

The pressure applied on the filament by the gears can be adjusted to your preference for greater flexibility.

Excellent compatibility with 3D printers

Compatible with Voron StealthBurner and EVA V3 (RatRig), other printer models in planning.

Other features:

• The hollow design maximises the airflow to ensure better heat dissipation from the motor,
• Four additional mounting holes for versatile expansion setups, more flexibility and customisation,
• Thanks to a simple one-click mechanism, changing the filament is incredibly easy: the self-lubricating brass lever no longer needs to be held when loading or unloading the filament,
• The gear carrier is made of 7075 T6 aluminium and coated with MoS2 anti-wear grease to improve the feel and wear resistance of the lever
