Alveo3D's ventilated aluminium PrinterCase printer enclosure offers more than just a simple cover for your 3D printer. It not only reduces noise and filters the air of fine particles and volatile organic compounds (VOCs), but also allows you to easily print engineering materials in a clean and quiet working environment.

The housing impresses with a particularly light and robust structure with elegant aluminium profiles. The modern design is complemented by a large, transparent front door, which enables safe and easy handling of 3D prints so that the entire production process can be optimally monitored.

► Temperature control for stable printing conditions:

The enclosure protects your printer from drafts and provides a warmer, stable environment. This significantly reduces warping and adhesion problems on the build plate.

► Safety and air filtration:

Harmful emissions and unpleasant odours are trapped and filtered during the printing process before being safely discharged.

► Noise reduction :

Reduce noise levels by 4 to 6 dB and create a quieter work environment.

► Better protection against dust:

Anti-dust grids on the air inlets minimise dust deposits on the printer and reduce maintenance requirements. The air inlets are easy to clean and ensure optimal airflow.

► Optimised air filter system with P3D HEPA filter:

The housing has a highly efficient filter system that addresses harmful emissions. With an airflow of 10 to 40 m³/h, the P3D HEPA filter offers a filtration rate of up to 99.95% for nanoparticles and VOCs. An activated carbon combination also ensures efficient treatment of emissions. The fan can be adjusted to the filament type and filter time thanks to the V2 control board to maximise filter life.

► Built-in LED lighting:

LED light strips mounted inside ensure that you enjoy the best visibility at all times.

► Universal cable outlet:

The cable outlet is designed to be universal so that different connections (USB, RJ45, etc.) are easily possible.

► Smoke detector + Smart Plug:

The system detects smoke and immediately cuts off the power supply via a radio signal to prevent fires – a significant safety advantage.

Additional features:

• The housing consists of four transparent panels that allow a 360° view of the printer,
• A spool holder can be placed on the top plate of the housing; the filament enters the housing smoothly through openings in the lid,
• U-silicone seals between the panels ensure airtightness and reduce vibrations,
• The transparent PMMA panels are mounted on EPDM foam gaskets to improve tightness and noise reduction,
• The swing doors are equipped with magnets that make closing easier,
• 3 mm PMMA panels: The housing consists of four transparent panels that allow a 360° view of the printer.
