Is this the complete heating system (with the aluminium foil on the back) that could be glued to an aluminium bed instead of a glass one?

  No it does not include the insulation
I ordered this and selected 110 volt but was given a 220 volt bed. Will it still work woth my 110 volt sidwinderx1?
